Workshops · A catalogue

Four workshops. Each one designed to be standalone.

Half- or full-day formats. Run as one-offs, combined into a programme, or extended with follow-up consults. If none of these are quite right, we also design bespoke workshops for specific situations.

Foundations

How LLMs actually work

A clear mental model of what's happening inside these tools, why they fail, and what to do about it. The single underlying idea is sophisticated approximation. Every failure mode flows from it.

You walk away with
  • A clear, transferable mental model of what LLMs actually do
  • The ability to predict why a given prompt will fail or succeed
  • A practiced habit of calibrated scepticism applied to AI output
  • Specific countermeasures for each failure mode
02
Duration
Half- or full-day
For
Teams already using AI who want to use it well

From Prompting to Systems

The spectrum from one-off prompt to organisational capability

Prompt → reusable prompt → chain → automation → assistant → system. Where you are, where to go next, and how to encode individual expertise into organisational capability without losing judgment along the way.

You walk away with
  • Working knowledge of the prompt → system spectrum
  • A specific real workflow from your team mapped against the spectrum
  • A first reusable prompt or chain designed and tested in the room
  • A diagnostic for knowing when to stay at one layer vs. move up
03
Duration
Half-day
For
C-suite & leadership teams making AI decisions

Sovereign Adoption

AI stewardship for leadership

How to steward AI adoption in your organisation without sleepwalking through it. Skill atrophy, automation complacency, the productivity perception gap, governance, and what to protect now.

You walk away with
  • A leadership-level understanding of the slow-build risks of AI adoption
  • A 'what to monitor at 18 months' punch list for your organisation
  • Clarity on which decisions and moments stay human, and why
  • A first sketch of the oversight friction your AI workflows need
04
Duration
Half-day
For
Knowledge workers, L&D teams, heavy AI users

AI as Mirror

Metacognition and discernment for knowledge workers

AI reflects your assumptions, paradigm, and frame back at you. A workshop using the tool itself to surface how it shapes your thinking, and to build the habits that keep your judgment sharp.

You walk away with
  • A direct experience of your own thinking being mirrored back by AI
  • A practice for noticing frame capture and sycophancy in real time
  • Specific habits for keeping AI as a mirror rather than a chamber
  • A first sketch of how AI fits into your reflective practice (or doesn't)

Bespoke

Bespoke workshops, designed for a specific situation.

Sometimes the right workshop isn’t in the catalogue. You have a specific moment: an AI rollout that’s eight weeks in, a leadership offsite, an L&D programme that needs an AI module, a team navigating a specific kind of friction. We design for that.

The four catalogue workshops are the building blocks. Bespoke engagements mix and match them, add new material, or start from scratch, depending on what you actually need.

Common questions

The things people ask first.

How big should the group be?
Each workshop has a recommended range, usually 6 to 30. Smaller groups go deeper. Larger groups work for orientation-style sessions but lose the workshop element. We’ll talk through what fits.
In-person or remote?
Both work. In-person is preferred for the experiential workshops, AI as Mirror in particular. Remote works well for foundations and prompting work. Hybrid is fine if the room is set up for it.
What does pricing look like?
It depends on duration, group size, location, and whether you want follow-up. We’ll quote on the discovery call once the shape is clear.
Where are you based?
UK-based, available across Europe and remotely worldwide. Travel is included in the quote when relevant.
Do you work with individuals or only organisations?
The workshops are designed for organisations and teams. For individuals, the course (in development) is the right entry point. Join the waitlist and we’ll write when it’s ready.
What happens after a workshop?
You’ll have the slides afterwards. Follow-up consults are available if useful, particularly when teams want help applying the material to their specific work.
